Job description:

1. Engaged in market research and consulting services in real estate related industries;

2. Responsible for the planning, organization, operation, management and coordination of market research projects;

3. Provide professional market research reports or consulting reports to customers;

4. Responsible for the construction and daily management of the research team;

5. Responsible for the completion of the research team's performance indicators.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, sociology, statistics, psychology, economics, etc.;

2. More than three years of experience in the market research and consulting industry, or market research and management experience in fast moving consumer goods or real estate industry;

3. Familiar with qualitative or quantitative analysis methods, proficient in various market research methods and models;
